Project 3: Continuity Project

-This project is about in conveying action in a scene through continuity editing, as discussed in lecture.
-You'll each make your own film (scripted, shot, and edited!) but you'll be working in pairs and acting in each others' films.
-Start by making a storyboard with 10-14 shots planned out.
-Remember the rules of continuity editing -- 180 degree rule, eyeline matching, etc.
-Don't worry about location sound, or dialogue, though you can add sound effects and soundtrack in post if you choose.
-Final pieces should be 2-3 minutes.
-Have fun and be creative!

Dates:
Lab 11, April 8: Storyboards due
Lab 12, April 15: Shoot your films in class
Lab 13, May 6: Editing and last "pick-up" shots if needed
Lab 14, May 13: Project 3 due.
